The Pizza

We pride ourselves on following the traditions of authentic Neapolitan pizza making...

We make our dough fresh daily in house and leave it to rest for 48 hours before hand stretching and topping with the finest italian ingredients! It then cooks in as little as 60 seconds in our woodfired pizza oven which heats up to a whopping 450 degrees celcius!

This creates a thin light soft pizza base with a puffy airy crust.

The Atmosphere

Here at No. Twenty Three we have a cool laid back vibe with a touch of class. Our decor embraces industrial elements with an eclectic richness prodividing a comfortable and intriguing atmosphere. Our bar is dog friendly too!
